Standard Terms & Conditions

Minimum Rental Period is Three Months - then monthly thereafter.

All services provided by Situs Internet Chivenor Business Park Devon United Kingdom EX31 4AY. Can be used for any lawful purpose only. Transmission presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United Kingdom & United States law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material,we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Situs Internet from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Any Ad Exchange administrator that allows (Porn, Gambling sites, Adult Related) (without our perrmission), Illegal or Immoral, Hate related advertising, or they advertise this themselves, will be terminated without notice. In addition, all advertising submitted by you or your members MUST adhere to FTC Rulings.

Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Billing:

We bill for each month. It is the responsibility of the Subscriber  to have sufficient funds in either PayPal or AlertPay, to cover each month's subscription fees. If there is a credit card problem or bank account problem, it is your responsibility to notify Situs Internet immediately of such an occurance. If PayPal or AlertPay cancels your subscription, you will have 10 days to resubscribe. If you do not resubscribe within that time, you will lose your Ad Exchange.

Email Assignment:

Each Ad Exchange is set up with it's own email address. This email address is mandatory and if found to be changed, your ad exchange will be cancelled. Situs Internet runs all mail through there own servers. It is also required that you delete all members who uses a Non-existent or bouncing email address. We shall forward all support messages to an email of your choice, which should be checked every 48hrs.

Guarantees:

Situs Internet makes no guarantee that you will make money with your Ad Exchange.

Cancelation Refunds:

We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts. We require 30 days notice for a cancellation.

Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

Situs Internet shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Situs Internet servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Situs Internet shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Situs Internet servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to Situs Internet (situs.net). All complaints will be investigated
promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer:

Situs Internet cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predetermined estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning.

Account Activation:

By activating your account with Situs Internet, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.

Please Note:

If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.
